Very happy with White Glove service
We ordered an arcade game, so I ordered the White Glove service since this was a large item. First, they called me to set up delivery and I picked the day and day part (morning). They called that morning to tell me they would be there between 9 - 11 (only a 2 hour window, also nice). At 9 AM, here came the truck. They unloaded the game, took off all the packaging, set it up where specified, made sure I had all pertinent user manuals, papper work etc. They were friendly, efficient, and wore shoe covers so my floor stayed clean. It's the only way to go for a large item purchase.
