Keeps you cool!
This works as advertised. It cools and when you insert the freezing pack, it really gets cold! Only two problems: 1) It's thin so another pillow or towel is needed underneath for support. 2) Moisture from freezing pack gets the sleeve of the pillow wet and mildewy after a couple of months. You'll want to wash or wipe it down every few weeks. I highly recommend this pillow!
