**NEVER GO TO SLEEP WITHOUT IT**
I faithfully use this product every night before bedtime. I'm sound asleep within 15 mins. and I wake up refreshed...I've tried so many over the counter and even prescription drugs $$$ with no near effective result than this product. Best thing is that it's ALL NATURAL!! Also I use it when I travel and experience jetlagg...WOW!!

Only used it a few times and it has helped me fall sleep faster. It did not help me maintain sleep however, as I was hoping.
