This is the best Ab Workout I had by far
This is an AMAZING little workout machine. My abs were really burning after each use. As you build up the momemtum, you can alter your positions to really challenge yourself. This is a definite six pack machine! Smartphone dock is great for either looking at the app, or watching your favorite shows while you are working out. Highly recommended!

Really helped my ab definition
I've been using this product two months now and I am just shocked at the results this thing has given me. I've never been able to see my abs to this degree in my life and I workout ALL THE TIME. Hardcore. It's unique because it's a combination of cardio and ab training at the same time which helps you burn fat and strengthen your core at the same time. I will say that it takes you a bit of time to adjust to the unlimited ability of this product. I mean, you can maneuver it in so many directions to work your abs and some moves your body won't be ready for right away. Stick with it and your hips and abs will get extremely strong though as you advance into tougher moves. There's also a free app you can download to clip your phone to the product and you can have your workouts right in your face as you work. Pretty cool addition. The only thing I didn't really like about this product is the slight noise it makes when you maneuver it sometimes but its definitely not a deal breaker. I'd def recommend this product to anyone.
