Great design

I want to love it, but…
For an alarm clock, the noises is makes is VERY ANNOYING! I really want to return this but I'm trying to work with it. For one, when you lay the phone on the top, it makes a loud noise to let you know it's charging, this, "side tone" can't be adjusted. It also has a loud voice that announces when the Bluetooth is connected, or the FM radio is on. The alarm settings are difficult to get into without the app. If you use the buttons, you have to press 2 at the same time, and if you miss the simultaneous button press, Bluetooth connected is announced loud and clear. So I use my phones app to access it. When trying to turn off the radio as an alarm clock, when holding down the top of the radio as you should when turning off the alarm until the next morning, the radio function just makes it turn on the radio, along with a loud tone first of course. The charging area on top is small, so you really need to ensure your phone is aligned correctly, or the phone won't charge. You can't control the volume of the Bluetooth with your phone, you have to use the Monster App or use the knob on the radio. I do like the light on it, and the clock can be dimmed, I like the look and the features, and the audio sound is very nice, we use it every night. If they can just fix the annoying loud announcements and tones, this thing would be the perfect bedside companion.
