Smooth Silky Hair
My hair stylist recommended this flat iron to me after my long search for a good quality and easy to use flat iron. I had a wider, older flat iron and it was awkward to use and dried out my hair. I love that this flat iron actually makes my hair feel healthier than the old iron and... I'm really impressed with how you can use it as a curling iron as well. So basically it's two products in one! How great is that? I love it. It's sleek, easy to use and heats up fast. My only complaint is that I have to fill up the vapor chamber often, but that's because I have a lot of really thick hair.

Best Flat Iron on the Market!
This is the best flat iron on the market today. It heats quickly and very easy to set temperature. It smooths the hair and when used with the vapor makes is very silky feeling. This is a fabulous project.

Amazing.
I can't describe in words how amazing this iron is. My hair lasted straight for days, it made my hair helathier then it has every been, it made my hair smooth, soft and shiny, and it never pulled any of my hairs out. The only think I could think of that's a con, is maybe they could supply a "matress" or a "sheet" whatever you want to call it, so we'll have something to lay the iron on while in use or just in general.

My hair is smoother and looks longer.
I have received many compliments on my hair looking silky, smooth and much longer after using this product. I love how well this works. The only issue I have is that there seems to be a slight leak of vapor fuel when iron is in use. I will be exchanging for a new one which hopefully won't have this problem.

Unreliable.
I loved this straightener when I first got it except now I have went through three of them. They just quit working. The first two that I had both stopped working within two months, and the third one has been having issues turning on for the last couple months. The warranty is only good for a year so be careful, mine just went over the warranty by a few days and they said they wouldn't be able to do anything with it. So be careful, its a great straightener when it works but I have mixed feelings because they are so faulty.

Fantastic while it works!
This product is fantastic while it works. I loved it on my thick coarse hair, but it seems it cannot last over a couple of months of use; it shorts out every time. You would have thought they would have fixed this design flaw by now, but apparently they haven't. If you want a fantastic flatiron that you have to replace every couple of months, then this is the one for you!
