Great product to help out with planter fasciitis.
After the first day I used this product, the pain in my foot tramidously went down. Even when I continued to warn the shoes that cause this pain in my foot, the pain didn't come back enough for me to be bothered. The first night I used it, I used the ice pack for 20 minutes, then slept with the splint on without the ice pack. About four days later, the pain is still low.
