The Best Exercise Equitment EVER
I am 71 and bought this in preparation for climbing Machu Picchu. I have a bad back and have been in physical therapy and yoga also. My cousin told me about this Pilates exercise machine. So easy to use, took me about 45 minutes without any help. When I use it, it doesn't hurt and I get lean and flexible. Love this machine!!
