I would by this cool pack again!
I have shoulder and back pain. After gardening I use this cold pack and at night when in bed and it has decreased my need for asprin.

This product is perfect for my needs. It covers my entire back if needed or can be bent in half for less coverage. I also use it for my right hip piriformis and IT band issues. Finally a ice pack that is big enough to do the job and the price was reasonable.

Exactly what I've been looking for s long time!
I get severe back spasms about once a year with light spasms in between. This is the first large enough cold pad I have found to cover my whole vulnerable lumbar region. Furthermore, it is smooth and flat, not lumpy like some and reshapes easily. So I can lie on it on the bed when a spasm first hits, which can prevent it from worsening. I bought one when I had a 50% off coupon and liked it so much, I bought a second at full price.
