Really Works
No longer do I have to lie awake hoping to fall asleep. This ingenious device allows me to just watch the soothing light pattern on the ceiling as it softly lulls me to sleep. And it's a soft enough light that it doesn't bother my spouse.

Product is a lifesaver
This was a gift to myself. My husband and I both benefit from this product. It helps us go to sleep, as it has been harder for me to sleep at night. I like the soothing light. It is true that you are off to sleep by the time the light shuts off. Great how you can control how long you want it to cycle through.

This really works!
At last, a sleep product that really helps me sleep. It is small so I have it on the corner of the table beside my bed. The slowly pulsing blue light and synhronized breathing help me fall asleep quickly and go back to sleep when I wake up during the night. I have only tried the go-to-sleep mode but will be trying the others soon. The longer cycle, I think 24 min., has a longer breathing pattern so may be even more helpful for me. The gadget is small and light enough to take with me on trips and help with time zone changes that often make it harder for me to go to sleep.

Works well
I bought this for my 32-year-old daughter, who has never been able to fall asleep due to thoughts constantly rushing in on her. She said it helps her to stop being obsessed with her thoughts and just fall asleep. It also has settings to help with anxiety. It is a great product.

So far so good
We gave this as a gift to my father who has had some sleeping issues. It has only been a couple of days but he says it has really helped him fall asleep. Hope it will continue to work.

This little gadget works!
I've used this for 3 nights in a row and all 3 nights I fell asleep and did not need to resort to sleeping pills, melatonin or other aids. Sometimes I had to push the button (#2 setting for the "wave") twice or even 3 times before I made it into slumberland.
