great vest; awful return policy
bought this vest as a christmas gift for my dad. he loved it but original purchase too small. return policy is insane. rep told me i needed all original packaging including the cardboard box it shipped in to return! naturally, i did not have this... so i ordered larger size and returned in that box. let's see if i get the refund. an online store should not make it hard to return products. i'm not likely to purchase anything from them again!
