Good product, expensive shipping
I enjoy the good cleaning job it does on my face and really everything about the product. But to charge $9+ for shipping on a product this light is highway robbery. I was using a $20 special promo from Sharper Image to buy this item, and felt ripped off for half of the promo amount when, at the very end of my order, the $9+ shipping and handling charges were added. That used up half the promo amount! And the weight of the brush heads is considerably less than 1 lb. I felt taken advantage of and I probably won't be back!
