very easy to use
this is a handheld massager. when i have problems with my hips or back hurting because of spasms i use the massager to loosen up the muscles and tissues that are causing the pain. my old one needed to be replaced and i am so glad that Sharper Image had an updated one.

Great Travel Companion
This is a great little massager. I love thats its small and portable so that I can take it with me on work trips. I have terrible neck pain and being able to take this with me on planes is really beneficial. Its small enough I can keep it in my bag and pull it out whenever I start getting that achy feeling.
