• Stainless steel
• Dishwasher safe
• Accommodates most cakes 10" to 11" in diameter
• Includes 12" baker’s knife
• Includes 11" cake lifter
• Use a standard springform pan to make a cake up to four layers. Use extra-deep springform pan to make cake up to eight layers. (Springform pans not included.)

Love this product!
I bought this for my roommate who runs a catering business. She is in love with this product, the layer cakes she now makes are just perfect, I love that it allows you to slice the layers very small or large with ease.
