Keeps me cool
Just got the bed stand from Sharper Image. I love the fact that keeps the laptop cool and above my lap, so I don't feel the heat. I like that is light weight and that it raises the screen to a better view. Had a hard time putting both sides equally aligned (my problem), and I have not been able to figure out how to move the mouse panel to the right side. I am sure it can be done.

Perfect for those laid-back days!
I use this product mostly at home, and I bring it over to my friends house occasionally. I like that the laptop bed-stand is lightweight and holds any laptop perfectly; as well as easily adjustable to any size person. The material is aluminum, so i wouldn't try and bend it in any way too much.

Extremely versatile
My wife spends a lot of time either in bed or on the sofa waiting for her knee surgery date so this product allows her to use her laptop, read books etc in comfort. The legs allow for a great variety of positions as there are 3 different legs with each joint being adjustable with a push button ratcheting mechanism. Each side can be a different height which allows its use on a variety of bedss, pillows, sofas, etc. My only concern is the durability of the joints as they feel as they could be broken easily if the button is not completely depressed when adjusting or maybe they could wear out easily as the ratcheting mechanism is light weight plastic...time will tell - so far its working great.
