• Pour the ingredients into the clean fermenter and add water
• Makes 2 gallons in about 2 weeks
• Alcohol content (ABV) about 4%
• 100% gluten free
• Includes 1 packet of No-Rinse Cleanser to sanitize the fermenter
• Includes 1 packet of yeast
