A treasure

I've noticed since the stay in place I'm getting under bra fat and rolls on my side right under my bra. I DON'T LIKE IT. SO I decided to do something about it. This gem of a equipment is amazing, I can feel the workout in my arms and shoulders right away. It takes some getting use to, to spin the weight inside but once you get it its on. I plan to try adding my Core by leaning back while rowing and see the benefits of that. Such a great purchase.

I would never believe I could get a powerful workout from a 1 lb spinning weight, but the GYRO will test you. Now up to 10 minute sessions.

Quick and simple workout

3 two minute sets with this every other day has really helped me tone up. Takes some time to get a rythm at first and I'm still not perfectly smooth with it, but that hasn't stunted the results. Very happy with this purchase.

Interesting exercise tool

As a personal trainer My clients tried it and called it interesting. It does fatigue the shoulder and arm muscles. 1 minute is more than adequate for seniors to start that are reasonably strong. Both men and women.
