Excellent call center support and advice
On off switch had a third position! It took a call to the manufacturers service center to learn this. Also Bluetooth feature of this model must be OFF in order to scan???? This too was learned from the service center. With these TWO obstacles to easy use, it is now on its way as a gift to a somewhat naive user who will doubtless find it easy and useful.
