Best gel for the purpose!
When I got the Wrist Band I tried using some other gels or creams that I had at home. None worked as well as the gel. I use it now each time, and I find that it's a good idea not to scimp--be generous, but of course don't overdo. I also gave 5 stars for the Sleep Wrist Band! Absolutely the best!!
