Nice for the Price
The elastic at bottom is not enough to keep cover in place with anything more than 20 mph winds. Extra tie downs are a must but not the easiest to add. However thevfabric and quality are 100% better than the one we returned to a big box store. It's worth adding the ties.

Good table and chair cover
There is only one drawback that I see to this product. The drawstring has only one place to tighten the cover around the base. It takes a while to tighten the cover to prevent the wind from lifting the cover. I still have to see how it performs over the winter.
