too early to judge but long of a wait
To be honest i've had the product for 2 weeks however haven't been able to use it due to the company missing a micro usb cord in the shipping box then when they shipped me a usb cord it was the wrong one so i'm still waiting for my micro usb cord in order to finally use my product. I will say when calling sharper image customer service they have been very helpful.
