Better than others I've owned!
I have tried the other expensive pet store plastic models and was disappointed. Either the motor burned out from the accumulated gunk or the hard to get at filter got clogged after 2 weeks. This model is far superior. The stainless steel body keeps the water cold and clean. The filter is easy to get to. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they all take turns at the fountain. Everyone is happy including me. Finally!

finally a great kitty bowl

Dog loves it
We bought this for our 90 lb lab, we have had it for about 2 weeks and are our dog seems to love it. I was worried about him snubbing it as he did with previous fountains, but he loves this one. I believe it has to do with the waterflow. For me, I like knowing he is getting fresh water all the time. It is also easy to clean and reassemble, and the stainless steel looks great...You have to at least try it, you pets will love it!

Easy to set up
It is easy to assemble and operate. I like the filter, since we have two cats and their old water bowl needed to be cleaned daily. Replacement charcoal filters are available online from the manufacturer. The only drawback is the hum, which is not loud by any means, but does not let you forget that it is running. Our cats were hesitant at first, but within a day or two they were using this circulating fountain exclusively.
