Great contrast. Less strain.
Tried these for a couple of days in the Sharper Image office. They reduced the glare from the computer screen and also made the fluorescent lighting a little easier to take. As a computer user, I noticed the difference right away.

Computer blue light googles
I will be returning this product. I purchased it for the benefits of the blue light. I am in front of a computer daily for many hours per day. On arrival, I was surprised to see that they looked like goggles/or safety glasses. I would not wear that at work. They do not have a professional look. They look like workshop goggles.
