Love my pillow
I love my pillow. It does not get excessively warm as others do. My shoulders do not feel cramped in the morning and my neck feels great!

Defined edge causes more cervical pain
Using a contoured pillow has alleviated neck pain for me, I purchased this to replace my previous pillow. I thought the curved neck cutout was a nice feature. Unfortunately, although the curve is nice from shoulder to shoulder (and probably great for side sleepers) the curve is not contoured on the top to bottom side edge, creating a defined edge where you neck rests. If you switch to your side to your back, it may be uncomfortable. I wish I could return it.
