What a Difference!
I was skeptical before I tried them out to see if the Bose would be comparable to headphones I have with a noise-cancelling capability, but without the same design to cover the entire ear. I found the Bose were about the same for blocking out the external noise (neighbor's leaf blower!) but had much, much better sound quality. I was watching a movie and switched part way through to use my old headphones and I lost the experience of being IN the movie that I had with the Bose. I also like that the case is made to provide some level of protection because I use them on long flights and they are crammed into my carry-on backpack. Very good value and very light weight; another big plus for traveling.

Excellent Natural Sound
This comes in different colors now. It is very comfortable to wear and you can have it all day long without any fatigue. This improved model also have iPhone, iPad, iPod compatible controls for playback and in built mic for using the phone/Siri.

Amazing Sound!
I bought these for my husband to use on our recent vacation. He was happy with the sound and liked that it came with a carrying case to protect the headphones and for easy portabilty. I tried them also and they sounded great and were so comforatable...very lightweight for an over the ear headphone.
