Luxurious!
I work in harsh weather conditions in the winter and the skin around the ends of my fingers crack and bleed. This has helped a lot as well as helping with the arthritis in my hands. I used to have to run hot water over them to straighten them out sometimes. The wax is very soothing and softens my cracked hands.
