Great mist but can't refill with water

I bought this Boneco U700 as shown on sharper image. By mistake I ended up with two. It was great to start out with but there isn't a way I can find to refill the tank without turning it upside down. What a waste of retirement money and no possible relief for extremely dry skin. I trusted your Ionic breeze and it was well worth it. However this is a disaster.
