Great in operation, issues setting up
Once we got it connected to wifi, it has worked great for us. The photos we get are good, the identification of birds is really nice and the solar panel charges the battery well. For setup it kept linking to my 5g network preferentially and the solution given in the manual, which was something like changing the name to a designated name, would have required changing a lot of other devices. I turned off the 5g on my router, then ran the camera through the setup and it linked to the lower rate, then turned 5g at the routerback on. It seems the real downside with this device is the initial wifi setup, reading the other posts. The manufacturer should fix that.

Really clear video and pictures
This feeder takes really clear video and pictures of the birds feeding! The bird identification and info is really helpful and easy to use. It took a while ( a few weeks) for the birds to realize it was a feeder. Now it seems all of the birds know and count on feeding here. I liked it well enough to buy one as a gift for a family member.

Squirrel problem
I just received this bird feeder this past weekend. Haven't mounted it yet so decided to set it on a bench. Not a good choice, a squirrel knocked the door to the roof off and chewed around the edges of the roof!
