Do not buy this product!
I ordered these gloves for my husband and they did not get a full charge no matter how long we left them plugged in. When he tried to use them, they would only work for about 5 minutes then they would shut off. I returned them for exchange of the very same product and they did the same thing!! I tried to return them and get a refund but instead I had to return them for an e-gift card credit. I don't think the return policy is fair when a product doesn't work, especially when the exchanged product does the very same thing. If something doesn't work and you exchange it and the second, [same exact product] doesn't work properly either, I think I should get a refund NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! You have neat products, Sharper Image, and very useful products, providing they work properly!! Your return policy SUCKS though. Once I get the e-gift card credit and am able to use it, I'll not buy anything else from you. This is the first time I bought anything from Sharper Image and I'm pretty disappointed that I had such a bad experience, especially since the product I bought was a gift!!! Shame on your ridiculous return policy!!!!!

I did review your order and since this was purchased in December 2024 so the refund window has passed since the return window for December purchases closed at the end of February. We truly apologize for any frustration this return policy window caused you and your feedback regarding this has also been escalated to management to review a possible exception for you.
