Hot Water In A Jiffy
Excellent product for getting hot water for tea,coffee etc. Variable tempature for different beverages. However I found the Tea Setting too cool for my taste. I love the looks and speed at which it boils water and keeps it at near optimal temperature.

it's ok
-it doesn't remember the temperature once removed from the base to pour the first cup, user has to set temp. again.Not useful -lid is hard to close after only a few uses

Still trying to figure it out!
I love tea and have always used a thermometer to get the right temperature for my making a perfect cup of my many varieties of loose-leaf tea. Now, I am certain that this tea kettle gets to the approximate temperature it states on the screen, but when it comes to anything I'm in the dark. I would consider myself to be pretty handy in terms of household gadgets but this one is complicated to the point that even after following the directions to a T I am still left wondering what the heck it is doing. I may have a dud (or I may be a dud, that's still up for debate). But hey it heats water and I have a thermometer to check to make sure it heats it to what it says it does. I'm glad I got a great deal on it.
