What a great ice cream scooper!!!
This scooper works as advertised. My wife and I love it!! It scoops out ice cream no matter how hard. Great product.

Thermal Icecream Scoop
As an avid Ice-cream eater I couldn't wait to share this scoop with my husband. The scoop may have needed additional time to acclimate to the indoor temp of our home, I don't know? But initially the scoop did not work like it was cutting butter. We needed to heat up the scoop-dipper part with a little warm water so that it would scoop the ice cream like butter from the container. Also my husband noted the the handle length was a little short for his size hand and the fins on the bottom of the handle were a little ruff to hold if you needed to apply any force to scoop. Looks pretty cool.

I would not buy this product
The scooper itself does not heat up, it just has a sharp edge to it. I don't really see any use for the liquid in it. It scoops great if your icecream is soft. Otherwise it's still hard to scoop with it. It's a joke! Don't waste your money. !!

this product does not work
Got this as a gift for Daughter and her family and was embarrassed when they told me it doesn't work. I tried it myself and it true, it doesn't work! What a disappointment and waste of money!

I will be returning this item
I bought this as a christmas present for my husband. He tried using it last night and IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL. Not sure where all these great reviews came from but I am NOT understanding that if these reviews are correct.....then why did this not work at all????? I will be returning. Also, I find it frustrating that there is not free shipping on anything....you get a credit but when you order...you still have to pay for shipping and they just give you another credit for that but it is a vicious cycle.

Do NOT work :/
I bought this as a gift for my husband who had wrist surgery. It does NOT work. Our cheap ice cream scooper works better and was only $10. Definitely returning.
