It worked for me just like described
Directions are simple to follow. The only thing that required any patience was getting the right "hanging height." It is both relaxing when using it, and the cumulative positive effect grows quickly when used daily or as close to daily as possible. I usually use it after my workout, my head/cradled and ice on my "bad" knee.

I have bought every cervical gimmick, this works ..worth it
It looked overpriced for its simplicity, and I have spent multi thousands buying massagers, traction stuff etc.. the only thing that worked was a DRX therapy that pulls out neck....seven grand....does not last. This is incredible and so simple.....
