I love this product and would buy it again!
I use the bike daily. I have a small home so it is perfect. If I'm not using it, it can be tucked away in a closet so that it's out of the way.

Square Bike
I try to use the bike daily, and it definitely gives a good work out. I have a bad knee and it has been gentle on my knee while allowing me to strengthen my leg muscles. My heart rate goes up to a good level, but not too much and I have more energy throughout the day after using the Square Bike.

I would definitely recommend this product.
I love this bike. It definitely does not take up much space. I use it daily for my arthritic hip. This is much more convenient when the weather or time won't allow an outside bike ride. I also appreciate the adjustable tension & the wheel. I did add a bicycle seat cushion as the seat is small & hard.

It really is as quiet as they say!
It's very compact & easy to set up. Several reviews mentioned how quiet it is, & that was an additional selling point for me, since I wanted something for when I'm mindlessly watching TV. The reviews are true! It's extremely quiet. With my bad lower back, the lack of handlebars is nice, because it doesn't tempt me to lean forward into a posture that would be bad for me. I'm just really impressed with this "bike"
