Grill Cleaning Brush
The knob does not keep the water from running out of the brush. The brush is very nice and heavy duty for a grill cleaning scrub brush. However, it is very upsetting that it does not work as designed. All the water runs out before you can get to scrub.

not as expected
What are we doing wrong? It looks so simple in the video. We put the water in as described, turned the knob, but the water didn't flow as expected. With alot of shaking some water came out. There was little steam (on a hot grill) and we had to brush very hard to get the racks clean. We'll keep it, but we are a bit disappointed I have to say.

Not worth the money
As someone who is very picky about the cleanliness of their grill, I would say to skip this brush. It's big, bulky, uncomfortable, flaky and is far too expensive for the quality it offers.

Leaks
I purchased this a few months ago. We finally used it for the first time yesterday. The grill brush leaked water all over. It wasn't sealed at the factory it seems. My husband said it would have worked fairly well if all the water wasn't leaking. Sorry, I didn't save the receipt... My responsibility for that mistake.

Love the brush but disappointed I can't buy replacement head
I love the steam clean grill brush and have recommended it to others. However, I now realize that since I cannot buy a replacement brush set it was truly very expensive at $90. Can you tell me where I might find a replacement head set? I contacted Sharper Image Customer Service and was told I'd hear back in 24 hours (it has now been 10-days).
