Highlights
Solar Powered Bug Zapper Lights illuminate your landscape and protect your family from bites and disease. They’re cordless, portable and never need batteries. Just place them outside where they can soak up the sun in the daytime. At night, the built-in UV lights turn on automatically to attract over 100 species of insects. Bugs fly into the 300-volt internal zappers, keeping your yard and family safe. When you’re not outdoors, just flip a switch and they become glowing accent lights. Includes three lights. You May Also Like

No mosquito problem on our patio this summer
I added three of these mosquito zapper lights around our yard; two near our patio and one in the back yard. Usually, during the summers, especially at night, it would be uncomfortable to sit on our patio, since the flying insects would have a field day biting us, but this year we have not had this problem. The units are easy to set up and work on solar power, so you don't need to maintain them in any way. My only complaint is they are made of thin plastic; the lawnmower people knocked one over and it damaged a part of the housing. I am also a little concerned about the UV light and wonder if it causes eye or skin damage if you are near the units. If the UV causes no damage, I would consider buying indoor units that plug into outlets.

Zap!
When I assembled them, one of the plastic tabs was broken. I superglued it and it seems okay. They charged up and seem to be working. I haven't spent enough time with them to determine if they are working yet.
