**NEVER GO TO SLEEP WITHOUT IT**
I faithfully use this product every night before bedtime. I'm sound asleep within 15 mins. and I wake up refreshed...I've tried so many over the counter and even prescription drugs $$$ with no near effective result than this product. Best thing is that it's ALL NATURAL!! Also I use it when I travel and experience jetlagg...WOW!!

We will buy this product again..
My husband has had trouble staying asleep with using the inhaler he has managed 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep :) which he hasn't had in years.
