Flight attendant says no
If you get a Jobsworth flight attendant, you're not allowed to use this. And as you well know, there is zero point in arguing with them.

Don't not buy
No airline will allow you to fly with this because it goes against FAA regulations. Any products that attach on the the aircraft are big no.
