Everyone NEEDS a HighBaller
I LOVE my HighBaller!!! As a runner I use it after runs on my legs and it is the perfect size to travel with to races and use before driving home (so much easier than carrying around a foam roller!). My kids are swimmers and we take the HighBaller to swim practice & meets so they can roll out their arms and legs as well...it has become a team favorite! I have had issues with my lower back for years, the adjustable twin-ball massagers on the HighBaller make it possible for me to get to trigger points and relive pain that only my chiropractor could get to before. My husband uses the HighBaller to roll out knots in his shoulders and uses it to on his neck to relive tension. This is an AMAZING product...Athlete or not, everyone can benefit from the HighBaller! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Surprisingly effective
Super easy to use. The design and quality of this product are great. Some body parts are a bit challenging to massage since the balls aren't stationary. For example, when I just want to dig into a specific spot on my scapula, I position myself, but the balls roll and I can't concentrate on that specific spot. It's great for my neck, and I can see why it works well on other areas like legs and arms since there is easier control of your movement. I would definitely recommend the product. I brought it into my chiropractor and he gave me some good exercises. I will do the same with my PT. The product is light and portable.

Not An auto massager. You have to move your body around to use it. Quite hard and annoying to do
