Great for working at home
I drink diet soda at my desk, and this keeps my drink nice and cold all day. It has a clean, modern design too. Love it.

It's a COOL idea for a scorching HOT summer day especially if one doesn't care for ice water yet can't stand lukewarm/room temperature water either but realize the importance of staying hydrated during the summertime ~~ I've mine running all day long! However, it's kind of noisy which reminds me to turn it off when done using!

Not cold enough
This product doesn't seem to cool as fast as claimed. I also really doesn't cool very much. I returned it for a refund (less the $12 SI charges for return shipping).

Don't bother
I was totally disappointed in this item. Not anything as stated. And I really wanted it to work. The only way this thing would have worked is if you got the drink already cold. And not sure that would have worked.

Poor instructions and does not work as promoted
I had a can of soda in this for over an hour and it was barely more than room temperature. I had planned on returning, but not worth the trouble as Sharper Image's customer service is non-responsive.

Disappointed
I'm so disappointed in my cup cooler, it didn't cool. I thought better of Sharper Image, didn't think k they would sell junk. This is the first time my purchases were substandard. I returned it.

Does Not Work
I put a water bottle in the container and 15 minutes later my water was still warm, not even a little cold. Maybe it works if you put the liquid directly into the cup, but as far as putting soda cans, beer, or water bottles, NO, it does not work.
