Ok but not very warm
Disappointed that it did NOT have healing light on BOTH sides of the mitt, which would be most helpful/much warmer…but if you have the time to sit with this for several hours & keep rotating it…then it does eventually get warmer & those lights help sooth down those tiny cranky joints.
