We loved this product so much, we bought a second one!
I bought an earlier version of this chair several years ago (about 10 years) for my husband as an anniversary gift. He loved it and uses it several times a day. He used it so much that he wore out the seat material. The mechanics were still working great but the chair was looking a little ratty in our study. I bought him a new one for our anniversary this year and he could not be more pleased. I am looking for a way to have the old chair recovered and then I will have one too! Great product!

I'm in Heaven!
I just received my order today and must have sat for 2 hours in my chair. It reclines all the way back, very sturdy, and attractive. I loved that I could massage the base of my head, neck and shoulders. Very comfortable! So happy with my purchase! Well worth the investment!

Sitting in it right now!
The only negative is that it is to low to the floor. I bought espresso lifts to put under the 4 corners, raised it up 4 inches, works like a charm! I am a licensed massage therapist with chronic low back pain, and 30 minutes a day keeps me mobile in between visits to MY therapist. Looks good in my living room, too.

we loved this chair!
We used the chair for almost 2 weeks now, we love it even I am a little too short and small (5')but I can adjust myself to use the functions of the chair by sitting on a yoga pad so I don't move. The massage released so much for my shoulder tension knots and my back. I hope it will last for a long time.
