Love it! It works better than any of the 4 seats I have had!
I use it every time I drive. I've only had it a short while but I've never had it to stop like the other's after 30-60 minutes where I would have to restart it. The heat is not so hot that it gets uncomfortable after a short while. So far I am very happy with the product and the service. Thanks!

Great experience!
For an online purchase this was a great experience! Their website offered a $10 discount and it arrived exactly when they said it would. As far as the product, I spend a lot of time in my car and my back really hurts after 5 or 6 hours driving. The first time I used this I felt great!!

Fabulous massage and heat cushion
Fits my desk chair perfectly. This massage/heat cushion looks like it cost $300 and is best cushion I have ever tried. Works as advertised. If your back is S problem this is the massage cushion you should purchase!
