Very Good
I bought this because i got into a motorcycle accident and had a type of stroke on my left side. This has helped my hand and fingers get stronger.Now I am able to even play video games and do things much easier. The only down side is that you have to "charge" the wheel before you can use it and only lasts 20 seconds but its very effective

Didn't like it, It's hard to use.
I try to use it for my wrist, because of my job. I couldn't get it to work. I try everything and it doesn't work. Maybe it's defective or something, I don't recommend it. It's too complicated.
