BBQ fork is Perfect
I ordered this fork after our old one gave up the ghost. I didn't realize just how old it was until I received this new one. This is so much more accurate and very easy to read. It not only shows temperature but you can select how you want your meat done! The extra long tines are awesome too for thicker cuts of meat. So glad I purchased this!

Now I would like to buy one for myself.
My friend laughed and the design made him think of it as a great back scratcher. It needs batteries and then the weather needs to stop raining or snowing so he can use it to barbecue his New York strips to perfection.

Works great
Haven't been able to use it outside yet (too cold) have used it when broiling steaks, and pork chops. Makes it so easy to check temperature in the center of the meat. Always cooked just right.

Must Have !
No more putting a small hand-held thermometer into meat while in the oven or on a grill. The long handle and ease of use is great. No more waiting for the dial on a thermometer to climb to the temperature you are hoping for. The temperature on this BBQ fork is quick to respond.
