I would buy this again
I obviously use this to make toast as well as heat up frozen waffles and bagels

Perfect for my large family
Really great toaster for my family of 6. Makes the perfect browned toast and makes it quickly for my hungry kiddos. Lots of useful functions like the reheat function (great for cold pizza) and extra lift function for those small english muffins. Added bonus is it looks really great on my kitchen counter.

Disappointed
The buttons are just a decoration. You push them and the unit still does the same thing. It toast as uneven as the $20 dollar toasters. I will not purchase from sharper image anymore. There very clear they sell it but do not support it.
