Good compression and massage
Use this every morning as I'm getting ready for the day. Massages for 30 minutes. This helps me start my day with less back pain.

I highly recommend this product
I bought this for chronic low back pain. I use a heating pad several times a day but it keeps me tied to the cord. This eliminates that and really eases the pain.
