"It works!
Bought one for my pie baking niece who raved that "It works!" Ordered another one for myself. Keeps refrigerated dough cool while rolling out. Quickly recovers cool temp in fridge. Easy to clean.

I would most certainly buy this product again.

Great idea!
I am not a serious baker and am intimidated by dough that requires a rolling pin. This rolling pin is easy to clean and use, and the aluminum is a great idea--it can be refrigerated before I use it and then keeps the dough cold when I roll it out.

Flat-out, the coolest rolling pin!
An Aluminum Rolling Pin Makes So Much Sense. This one is machined from aircraft grade aluminum and is anodized with an impressive finish. Seriously: why has the metal rolling pin never caught on? It seems like a much better option to wood - you get a nice tapered shape with the right weight, a surface that should prevent the dough from sticking to it, and the ability to chill your pin before rolling, so you don't get the dough warm. This is a must have!
