Great Workout Options

Ok for the price but wouldn't buy again
I was so excited to find a vibration plate for such a good price...I should've known it was too good to be true. First of all putting this thing together was a struggle. There's not much to it but the main pole didn't go into the base smoothly at all. In fact I never got it in properly I don't think because now it rattles a lot when turned on. I tried to return it but according to the website it becomes unreturnable once the box is opened. Do yourself a favor and skip this item altogether. You get what you pay for.
