The headrest raises and lowers over a foot, and even adjusts forward 90 degrees to cradle your head and neck. I use the bedlounger every evening to watch television.I am so happy that my daughter recommended it to me, It is so much better than using pillows which shift and fall over when you get up.I can keep my remote.t.v. guide,tissues and any other necessary items right beside me,Thank you, thank you,thank you!

AWESOME PRODUCT
I enjoy doing a couple of hours of Bible study in the quietness of mt bedroom. This pillow allows me ti sit comfortably and spread out books all around me. I use it daily for this. I was recently ill and using the product I was able to easily have meals in bed, read leisurely, use a computer, and watch tv. The arms easily tie up making it compact for putting away until next day. I would recommend this product to anyone who enjoys sitting comfortably in bed while performing other tasks.

Great for Breastfeeding Moms!
My husband got the BedLounge for me as a gift and I have to say I love it. I am a breastfeeding mom and I had horrible back pain trying to get comfortable with regular pillows while nursing. The Bedlounge arm rests support my baby weight,while the pillow itself keeps my posture correct at all times. Finally, my lower back and shoulders are strain-free.

Great For When You're Sick
Wonderful product, I use it every day. I have neck pain from working on the computer all day. I come home, plop into my BedLounge and melt into it while I watch tv. It's a God-send for when I'm sick (I get a bad cough every winter)sleeping upright helps. Before I bought the BedLounge, I used to prop pillows behind me, but I always wound up sliding downward and would eventually wake up coughing again. The BedLounge was a welcome relief. It kept me upright throughout the night and actually let me sleep.

Great product for what I needed
bought the bed lounger to use after rotator surgery & couldn't lay flat for the first few weeks, it worked well,it is inexpensive, but a recliner chair worked better for my purpose. It is bulky in bed
