Terrific product!
Love the warmth coming out of the shower. I put my robe at the bottom of the unit and my towel on top. After drying off with my warm towel coming out of the shower, I wrap myself in a warm, toasty robe. Perfect!! The unit is simple to use, not to large, and its a nice stylish look in the room .

I would buy this item again.
I love this towel warmer. It heats my towels, robe, and pajamas while I bathe or shower. They are warm and cozy. We bought this item for our 3 children and ourselves. Next on the list are the grandchildren.

Very happy with this product. I was looking for something that could fit my robe and heated thoroughly, and this does the trick. I can fit my robe inside and there is still space to spare. It heats much better than other towel warmers I've had in the past. And it's the biggest one I've seen. Plus the timer function will keep it running for up to 60 minutes. Only downside is that the lid isn't attached, so when I open it, I have to find a surface where I can place the lid, and my bathroom countertop is already pretty full. Other towel warmers I have owned have an attached flip-up lid

Best part of beginning my day
I turn this on approximately 10 minutes prior to entering the shower. After I have completed my shower reaching in and grabbing out my towel alongside my husbands and wrapping it around me is absolutely delightful!

Large capacity, warms evenly
I tested this item for Sharper Image, and was impressed with the large inside compartment. The heat is evenly distributed, so the whole towel is warm. This would be great in the winter. In addition to towels, you can warm up the kids' pajamas, socks, hat, scarf, etc.

Would not recommend
It does indeed work as intended but is very cheaply made and it's very obvious it comes from China. The handle on top is faux bamboo made from plastic it looks disappointingly very, very cheap. Not what you would expect from sharper image and with a cost of almost $200, not competitively Priced compared to other models on the market
